Michael Andrew Tavill, M.D., received
his medical degree from the Case Western Reserve University
School of Medicine and completed his residency as the
chief resident in otorhinolaryngology at the Hospitals
of the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a fellowship
at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in
the division of pediatric otolaryngology.
Board certified in otolaryngology, Dr. Tavill has published
articles and abstracts in the field of otolaryngology
and has made many local and national presentations.
An attending surgeon at Monmouth Medical Center since
1997, Dr. Tavill is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha
Honor Society and is a Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons. His affiliations include the Society of
Ear, Nose, and Throat Advances in Children and the American
Academy of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
Frederick
C. Ezon, M.D.

Frederick C. Ezon, M.D., received
his medical degree from the University of Texas Health
Science Center. After completing his residency in otolaryngology
at New York University-Bellevue Medical Center, he went
on to complete a fellowship at the American Academy
of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery
as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery,
Dr. Ezon is an attending surgeon at Monmouth Medical
Center. A fellow of the American College of Surgeons,
Dr. Ezon is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology
Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Jeffrey
D. Roffman, M.D., P.A.

Jeffrey D. Roffman, M.D., P.A., received
his medical degree from the State University of New
York, Downstate Medical Center and completed one year
of residency in general surgery at the US Public Health
Service Hospital, New Orleans, Louisiana. He was named
an Otolaryngology Educational Fellow at The Mount Sinai
Hospital, New York, where he completed his residency
in otolaryngology as chief resident.
Since 1976, Dr. Roffman has been
a clinical senior instructor at Drexel University College
of Medicine. He works with the Senior Citizens Activities
Network, and gives presentations to the elderly on topics
such as hearing disorders.
Board certified in otolaryngology,
Dr. Roffman has been an attending surgeon at Monmouth
since 1981, and has published several articles within
his field of expertise. He is a member of many professional
medical organizations such as the American Cleft Plate
Craniofacial Association and the Pan American Association
of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology and Broncho-Esophagology. In
the past, Dr. Roffman served as president of the New
Jersey Academy of Otolaryngology and as vice president
of the Board of Managers for the Monmouth County Unit
of the American Cancer Society.
Dr. Roffman is a fellow of the American
College of Surgeons, the Academy of Medicine of New
Jersey, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head
and Neck Surgery.
Vin
Prabhat, M.D.

Vin Prabhat, M.D., received his medical
degree from Cornell University Medical College. After
completing a residency in otolaryngology head and neck
surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center, he went on to
complete a fellowship at the American Academy of Facial
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
An attending surgeon at Monmouth,
Dr. Prabhat is board certified in otolaryngology and
facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has done
research in these fields as well as in the area of oncology.
A Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons, his professional affiliations include the
American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery
and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery. He has delivered several presentations concerning
his field of expertise.
Darsit
K. Shah, M.D.

Darsit K. Shah, M.D., received his
medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania
and completed his residency in otolaryngology at Mount
Sinai Hospital. He went on to complete a fellowship
in neurotology at the Michigan Ear Institute. Board
certified in otolaryngology, Dr. Shah is now an attending
surgeon at Monmouth. He was inducted into the Junior
Fellow American Neurotologic Society, and is a member
of the Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
Among his special honors and achievements,
Dr. Shah is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor
society and received the McGraw-Hill Award. He has completed
several papers, presentations and publications on many
surgical procedures.
Eric
L. Winarsky, M.D., FACS

Eric L. Winarsky, M.D., FACS, received
his medical degree from the University of Liege, Belgium,
and completed his residency in general surgery at Monmouth
Medical Center. He completed his residency in otolaryngology
head and neck surgery at the College of Medicine and
Dentistry. An attending surgeon at Monmouth, Dr. Winarsky
is board certified in otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons,
the American College of Sleep Medicine, the American
Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and
the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive
Surgery.
Dr. Winarsky now serves as the chairman
of the division of ENT at Monmouth Medical Center. Among
his special honors and achievements, he has served on
the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Academy of
Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery for the past seven
years. In 2001, he was named in the National Registry
of Who’s Who, and in 1999, Dr. Winarsky was named
as one of the six ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeons
in the State in the New Jersey Magazine article, ‘Best
Doctors of New Jersey.’

John L. Saporito, M.D., received
his medical degree from the University Autonoma of Guadalajara,
Mexico. He completed his residency in general surgery
at Monmouth Medical Center and his residency in otolaryngology
at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Newark
Eye and Ear Infirmary as the chief resident.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Saporito
is board certified in otolaryngology. An attending surgeon
at Monmouth since 1985, his professional affiliations
include the Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck
Surgery and the American Academy of Allergy.
